Sydney Lee has been practicing therapy since 2012. She attended Pacific Lutheran University and received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. Ms. Lee has practiced in multiple locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and has worked with a variety of client concerns. It was during her work in community mental health she discovered her passion for working with those who struggle with low self-confidence, emotional regulation, boundary setting, childhood trauma and anxiety.
Sydney believes in providing compassionate competent care and that therapy is most effective when the client and therapist work as a team to achieve counseling goals. Ms. Lee practices evidence based therapies including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
In her free time she enjoys practicing yoga, rock-hounding and hiking trails in the PNW.
